BOBI has developed three primary methodologies that we use to solve our client's business and branding challenges:
bobi's cultural codex
The Cultural Codex was developed to assist us in understanding the cultural and communication codes of brands, categories & consumers, to create context for any strategic business or brand development. The 'codes' are uncovered using a range of insight gathering practices such as participant observation, informal consumer interviews, expert interviews, brand communication exploration and extensive desk research. The output is a detailed insight document/presentation that explores these codes in the macro, category, competitive and consumer space.
bobi's infinite possibility
The Infinite Possibility methodology was developed through an extensive learning journey where we tried to understand why some organisations and people are able to define and then deliver on their visions, whilst others appear unable to do this. After observing many organisations grappling with this challenge, our insight was that it was not about the tools and resources that they had available to them, which was often considerable, but rather about the behaviours that supported personal empowerment both in their workplace, and as individuals in society at large. Infinite Possibility is a powerful tool that enables individuals, organisations & communities to develop, implement, engage & measure their vision, in a process that embraces change in a positive & proactive way.
bobi's branding equilibrium
The Branding Equilibrium methodology was developed on the insight and practical understanding that 'what gets measured, gets done', and if we only measure financial growth, we will not create sustainable businesses, brand's or societies. The point of departure is that brands do not operate in a vacuum, they live in a 'brand community'. To ensure the sustainable success of the brand, we must be able to measure its 'social brand capital' amongst each of the key audiences in this community. It is therefore a sustainable approach to developing, managing & measuring business & brand equity for the long term.
